Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

StreamEcon respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Policy describes how copyright and other intellectual-property concerns may be reported.

1. User Responsibility

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient rights to text, images, music metadata, logos, media, links, graphics, commands, overlays, and other content they configure, submit, or display through StreamEcon. Connecting a third-party service does not grant rights beyond those provided by that service or applicable law.

2. Music, Streams, and Now Playing Metadata

Now Playing is a display feature only. Metadata about a track or other media does not give a creator permission to include the underlying audio in a livestream, recording, VOD, clip, highlight, or other audiovisual work. Creators are solely responsible for music and other media captured or transmitted through their production setup and for any required copyright, synchronization, public-performance, mechanical, master-use, platform, or other licenses and permissions. StreamEcon does not provide DMCA protection, music licensing, or authorization from artists, labels, publishers, collecting societies, streaming services, or other rights holders.

3. StreamEcon Materials

StreamEcon names, logos, interface designs, original software, documentation, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of the Service does not grant permission to misrepresent affiliation with StreamEcon or copy protected platform materials outside rights expressly granted by law or written permission.

4. Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe content available through StreamEcon infringes your copyright, email support@streamecon.com with enough information for us to identify the work, locate the allegedly infringing content, understand the basis of your claim, and contact you. Include a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.

5. No False Claims

Do not knowingly submit false or misleading infringement claims. A person who materially misrepresents infringement may face legal consequences under applicable law.

6. Responses

Where appropriate, StreamEcon may remove or restrict content, contact the workspace owner, preserve evidence, or take action against repeat infringers. We may request additional information before acting. This page does not represent that StreamEcon has completed any specific statutory safe-harbor registration or designated-agent process; formal legal notices should comply with the law applicable to the sender and Service operator.

7. Trademarks and Other Rights

Trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property concerns may also be reported through support with sufficient detail to evaluate the request.
