Creator Events

Every follow, sub, gifted sub, Bits, raid and tip StreamEcon received is listed here with what it triggered. It's the first place to look when something didn't fire.

Check what an event did

1. Find the event by time, viewer or type.
2. Open it. Where it went lists each tool: the timer time added, the alert that played, the goal update, the automations that ran, with the reason for anything skipped.

If something is wrong, use Report a problem on the event. It opens a support ticket with the details already attached.
