Do I need to keep a browser open while streaming?
No. Tools run on StreamEcon's servers. OBS only needs the overlay sources.
Can my moderators help run StreamEcon?
Yes. Invite them from Workspace Access; they never see your passwords or connections. See Workspaces and moderators.
Why can a moderator use a command set to Moderators?
Permission levels are minimums: lead moderators and the broadcaster also meet the Moderators level.
Does StreamEcon work with platforms other than Twitch?
StreamEcon works with Twitch today.
Can I use StreamEcon alongside other bots and alert tools?
Yes. Turn off duplicates in one or the other so viewers don't get thanked twice.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can deactivate (keeps everything) or delete (removes everything) your account from My Profile. See Your account and the Privacy Policy.
Why does StreamEcon ask me to reconnect Twitch?
A new feature needs a Twitch permission your connection doesn't have yet. Reconnecting adds it; nothing else changes.
